A review of Bacco Italia by Denise written on Friday 7th of March 2008
We visited on a Saturday night and although wasn't busy we were seated in the middle of the restuarant.
When we asked to move to one of the several vacant tables, we were told this wasn't possible because they were booked! After speaking to the third person(the manager) we were finally moved.
(Incidently for the rest of evening our earlier table remained empty)
Starters were promptly served and enjoyable, followed by a 45 minute wait for the main courses, the cod dish which 2 of the party ordered was dry and when this was mentioned to the waiter he stated this was the italian way to cook it - overcooked it more like !
Not exactly value for money, wouldn't return in a hurry or recommend either..
