"Excellent service"

I visited the shop on the recommednation of a colleague who was very positive about the service. I had Karndean laid on 2 floors covering a large area. This required significant preparatory work. The service was excellent; Michael was very obliging and helpful as I was choosing the floors, giving me lots of samples to take away with me and some very helpful advice. The floors are down (completed well on time) and the finish is excellent. I thoroughly recommend carpet appeal. .
