"Unprofessional"

I have spent alot of money on vouchers for family and friends here.my mum gave me a voucher also and i booked an appointment for the saturday to get a massage.my son that morning had to be taken to hospital due to an extremly high temperture.i asked my mum to phone but she phone the wrong place. i phoned to apologize and rebook but was told that i could not.my problem is that if i had booked without the voucher they would give me another appointment. .
