I've been a member of this gym for 4+ years now.

The centre comprises of large court for 5's football or badminton, meduim court for fitness classes such as boxercise, circuit, thighs bums and tums and numerous other classes, health suite (steam and sauna with showers), Gym suite and large male/female change areas.

Monthly membership is just over £20 a month which anyone can agree is fairly cheap compared to most gyms and thats before you look at premuim gyms. This membership also includes most of the classes available and health suite access.

I attend classes and can safely say they are well ran, on time and each has their own regular attendee's but with room for newer members who wish to attend. Not taken part in the football side of what the facility has to offer but from what I've seen looks like a regular event with big numbers.

My main focus is the gym suite, sadly this isnt extensive as the room is quite small in comparison to other gyms, despite this there is a good selection of new CV equipment and a decent selection of air pressure weight based equipment and a small free weight section.

Overall this is a good gym for the cost, staff are always friendly and willing to help.

Downsides...no staff based in gym suite, lack of ventilation somedays and too much others, lack of freewieight range. Again these are small in comparison with cost, if you want more from a gym then you would need to spend more and go elsewhere but if your happy with a general fitness experience I would happily recommend this gym.
