A review of Sizzler's Steak House by LC written on Friday 21st of March 2008
After being stupid enough to give this place a second chance we've just had another disastrous experience.
Steak was so over-cooked it was inedible, so we sent it back. With one steak down we discovered the other was garnished with the chefs hair. Enough to make you vomit right there and then! Unfortunately the manager wasn't professional or even well mannered enough to apologise and then charged us £12 for a mediocre pate from a packet and 2 cokes. He would have charged us for everything but we managed to get him down. His lack of concern tells me this is more than likely a regular occurrence and complaints seem to be treated with disinterest and frankly rude attitude. Expensive, tired interior, bad food and the lack of social skills on behalf of staff and management make this an experience we wont care to repeat - you also risk choking from unwanted foreign bodies in your food mmmmm delicious!.
