FASTEQ ENGINEERING were recommended tomyself by word of mouth that they were one of scotland leading engine recoditioners that had been in business for atleast 20yrs,i arrived at the premises in cambuslag and was meet with the owner MR COLIN LONGRIGE. I explained to MR LONGRIDGE that my B.M.W 320 TURBO DIESEL was burning oil,to excess of 4 lres per week. I explained to MR LOGRIDGE that B.M.W dealers in glasgow had told myself that my car needed a new engine and would cost in the region of £5000.MR LONGRIDGE QUITE SIMPLE ASKED MYSELF TO START THE ENGINE AND LISTENED TO IT,had a visual check and told me the engine was fine,to leave my car,and he would phone the following day.To my surprise FASTEQ phoned myself the following day to tell me my car did not need a new engine,the fault with my engine was a blocked breather gauge under rocker cover,at a cost of £18.76.Iintructed FASTEQ to carry out repair.I collected my car the following day,my total bill was £118.76 to my delight. I cannot praise this company enough,MR LONGRIDGE in my oppion is a very clever engineer, my vehicle has never used a drop of oil since getting it back,he has saved me thousands of £££££.THANK YOU AGAIN FASTEQ,YOU HAVE REGAINED MY FAITH IN SMALL GARAGES. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.MR SOMMERVILLE.
