I was transfered from the royal infirmary over to the southern general whilst pregnant with my son ! i developed pre eclampsia and was quite unwell ! i delieved my son at 37weeks + 5 days after taking a fit ! i hadto have an emergancy c section ! my son was born and weighed 3lb 110z! i was a bit upset at being transferred to a strange hospital but can honestly say my stay there was brilliant !! i felt as if they really cared about me ! the neonatal unit was really good too ! the staff where so friendly and the enviroment the babies r in is so friendly and inviting ! they did everything to help me and i will always be thankful ! My son is now nearly 1 and thanks to the staff at sgh i have got a beautiful son ! iam going to try and raise money to help the unit for all future babies in ryans position ! xxx.
