A review of Ruchill Primary School by Drew edwards written on Monday 7th of July 2008
I attended Ruchill Primary School from 1941 to 1948 and never quite got a hold of the expression "schooldays are the happiest days of your life", did n't enjoy it but on reflection; it was hn't that bad. My teachers were Miss Robertson, Miss Darge, Miss Jean McKinnon from Tiree and finally Mr Wilson. I have a class photo somewhere in the house and would dearly love to find it. I've got one when I was in the 251 Life Boys and another while in the 69th Boys Brigade. I'm now well retired at 72 and live in Lenzie Drew.
