My child is still attending Victoria Park.My child has been identified as having additional support needs and Tracy the manager has been a great support. She made calls and put us in contact with the relevant people. She arrange for external agencies to be involved. She put in place an Individual plan for my son. In the past three months we have seen a marked improvement in our son's abilities. Tracy has kept us up to date and also involves her staff team. The team have supported my son and carried out their job to a high level. They have had a positive impact on our lives.

They will go an extra mile to support the family group which is beyond their duty.

Overall a wonderful, friendly nursery. The are accomodating and professional.
