Got a last minute cancellation for myself and 2 children and have just returned today. The Staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and attended to daily, We had a seaview. The hotel is well run , especially the dining room, and the lovely staff who work wonders every breakfast and dinner. The choice of menu is good ,also catering for children . The nightly entertainment provided is very good , along with the bingo! My children quickly made friends and looked forward to going down to the show at night. The hotel has a homely atmosphere. The travel passes provided for trams/buses saved me lots of money during my stay, and the coach travel to and from blackpool was first class, only thing i would say was the air conditioning in the coach going down was freezing and wasnt pleasant to sit in . otherwise this holiday in terms of value for money , was excellent, i would definately go again. .
