"POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE"

Recently had a bathroom installed which I am happy with, however, a few accessories which I ordered were not delivered and fitted. Despite 3 phone calls, an email, fax and letter no-one has contacted me. After 3 weeks and the amount of money I spent on the bathroom, I am very disappointed..
