"Great value at a cost"

Hampden used to be the best around, great value, always punctual, no boundary charge and it never took them long to get you if you wanted picked up immediately. Now they have become very unreliable, they often get the times way off and only on calling them back will they come for you, their waiting times are huge and unfriendly staff on the phone who always seem to be pi**ed off for some reason. However, they have still managed to keep their prices down and have not hicked them up too much considering the fuel prices. they're pretty much taxi for students!.
