"Not Confident....."

I'm using them for my bridesmaid dresses and I agree that they are friendly and approachable, however I am worried about the sizing of these dresses as they never once used a mesuring tape - just "guestimated" the sizes by trying different dresses on my bridesmaids. Also I found the whole process completely rushed and was left feeling a bit overwhelmed!!! It was in stark contrast to my experience buying my wedding gown - the woman at that shop spent ages with me and made sure that she took the correct mesurements and made sure I was comfortable and happy with what she was ordering. When I called back to say that I was unhappy with how my dresses have been ordered I was met with a stone-wall attitude and told that it had been ordered and couldn't be changed. I am now worried that the dresses that will arrive will not be the right size for my girls. I don't have much confidence in them and didn't enjoy my experience in the shop so I will most likely get the alterations done elsewhere.

Not saying that they are not worth a visit but stand your ground and insist on a proper mesurement before you order!!! It's a big purchase and a rough estimate is simply not good enough!!
