A review of Blackpool Promotions Ltd by Anon written on Sunday 12th of October 2008
I've been to Blackpool and wo'nt be rushing back.
Coach drivers lacked customer care skills, they just wanted you on the coach and take to the road, the journey itself was fine. The Royal Carlton hotel was ok, the room was clean and decor alright, but the bathroom was tiny, had difficulty getting in and out, did have a good shower though. The four course meal was a three course meal and a pot of tea, portions were small, the fruit juice in the morning was served in a glass not much bigger than a thimble. Staff were pleasant. Didn't see any of the entertainment in the hotel, but others said it was quite good. Blackpool itself is scruffy, couldn't believe how poor it looked. The best thing was the free bus and tram ticket..
