"Great food – not so great service"

Visited for the first time recently on the recommendation of others - it will be the last.

The food was delicious - freshly cooked, original dishes, unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. We waited around half an hour for starters, and another 30-40 minutes for our main course. At no point did a member of staff come near the table to explain the wait, or offer us more drinks etc. It appeared that unless you were a regular, or part of a larger table they were not interested in you.

Great food, but lax service let it down.
