A review of Allied International Credit by Anon written on Tuesday 16th of December 2008
If it was agreed that you would pay so much and your debt will be cleared and then they are going back on there word, then no they can't. Ask them if telephone calls are recorded? If they are then ask for the recording to be played to you? If it isn't it is there word against yours but tell them you will pay what was agreed and that it will be paid in full and final settlement. Put it all in writing to them. They are trying to get more money out of you don't pay it. Get proffesional advice and tell them you are getting proffessional advice. Make sure you get names, date of call and time of call for your records. Put in writing to them a breif log of the conversation to them everytime you speak to them, that way it's all logged in black and white. .
