"Impatient staff"

Although I love Watt Brothers' coice and prices, I was disgutsted with a staff member who answered the phone to me when I asked if there was a certain product in stock. She was very abrupt, unhelpful and couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. The shop may well have been busy as it is christmas but does she forget it is the customers who keep her in a job. That was the Glasgow branch. I phoned the Lanark branch and the woman who helped me at that branch deserves a medel on the way she conducted herself. Quite the opposite, extremely helpful, polite and curteous and I had and did not mention how I had been treated at the Glasgow store. So well done Lanark. What a shame I didn't as any of them their names..
