A review of The Merchant Pride by Granton Bois written on Tuesday 27th of January 2009
After all the negative things being said about this place ma mates and i travelled from edin for the weekend, just to see for opurselves what all the stink was about...merchant pride, lot better than most of the pubs we got through here in east coutry
Went a tourof other pubs and sorry to see the Med cafebar is closed and from what we hear wont be opne for a long time. Liked goin there when we were through glesga, good food, good staff and good banter from staff and customers hear the guy that owns the place has run it into the ground, ohh well will be a hard try to find somewhere decent next time were through will be back in the pride, though dont like to admit it...waterloo and court still win hands down....sorry guys at the pride. !!.
