A review of Knockburn Primary School by James (42) written on Friday 30th of January 2009

Knockburn School was the footballing centre of Balornock. 5 or 6 games on a Saturday or Sunday, wherever there was a space. Jumpers for goalposts, etc.

Now it's away, might as well be because playing football needs all weather pitches and floodlights apparently? No wonder the standard of football's rubbish in this country.

I lived in no.9 Ferness Road, and have great memories of loads of adventures in Knockburn, some of them legal!.
