First class service, Neil Walker was our contact within ILM, he attended to our every whim, it took all the stress out of switching mortgages, it made it so easy and simple I would recommend him to anyone considering moving, switching or remortgaging. No stress, no hassle, just a simple phone call and he took over, we got our survey and lawyers fees paid for, what more could you ask for. A great big thank you to Neil at ILM.
