"The Best on Byres!"

Actually I haven't been to every restaurant on Byres, but I was in the Patisserie just before Christmas, with family and a young child, and found the food excellent and the service exemplary - warm and charming and hospitable. I don't know what Mr. Anonymous can be raving about.
