A review of Richmond Coachworks Ltd by Shoaib Shafaatulla written on Friday 13th of February 2009
I was involved in an accident with my new BMW 3 series two weeks ago. As the accident was not my fault the insurance company of the other driver advised me to take the car to Richmond Coachworks for repair.
As I had forked out quite a bit of money for my car I was apprehensive about this and wanted BMW directly to rectify my car at first.
However I was advised that Richmond Coachworks would do a good job by the insurance company.......they were wrong.
They did a fantastic job!
The car was repaired to very good standard. It looked as if it had just come out the showroom.
Also phoning Richmond Coachworks everyday, they were very helpful in advising the process and the stage the car was at. The car was completed within a couple of days and the craftsmanship sounded out from the car.
They truthfully fixed all the problems associated with the car crash, not leaving a single problem missed. The car actually drives better than when it was new!
Picking the car up was coupled with good customer service and a final checking of my car.
Although a minor problem was evident in picking my car up, the chap took it into the garage straight away and the car was rectified there and then!
Overall, I was left with a huge smile in my face. I would recommend this car garage at first instance without any hesitation.
Job well done to the mechanics and staff!
