I am a regular visitor to Blue Sky and I only really appreciate how great it is after I try somewhere else. I recently went to Edinburgh on a weekend and had a Chinese. Sickly sweet and too salty. Blue Sky has fresh food, prepared so tastily it doesnt rely on salt and sugar to make it taste good, because it does anyway. Salt and chilli chips are unforgettable, as is the kung po chicken. If you live in Glasgow's West End, use Blue Sky. The others are pretty low level..
