A review of Cromwell Models by Dan written on Saturday 21st of February 2009
Dear Dai,
I don't disagree with you that running a small company is a daunting task, however having run businesses from 52,000 people to as small as 2 people I learned that no matter what the difficulty the customer always understands if you explain the difficulties. I just read a review of their new Cougar MRAP and am very excited to purchase one! But to not respond at all or not to bother to keep the website running or if not to at least amend the message on the answering machine to say something about the situation, you can't keep a business or customers by falling off the planet, so to speak.
I am not attacking you and I apologize if it seems like I am, but what's the point of bringing out new models, having them reviewed in major magazines, attracting the public eye with something new and unique and not following through. I do know one thing modelers are a loyal yet fickle bunch and will eventually give up and not come back. I know I am getting tired of trying to give them money, and will soon give up!.
