A review of The Horseshoe Bar by Batty written on Saturday 21st of February 2009
Glasgow's Horseshoe Bar is famed for having the longest bar in Britain.
Less well known perhaps is the upstairs lounge which is a real treat for those souls tired of over-priced gastro-pub lunchtime menus - I didn't visit Glasgow for its tapas after all...
The staff are really happy to serve and the atmosphere is very friendly. The food is good hearty pub grub and their three-course fixed menu ensures great value is assured. All for £3.67!
****.
