After trailing round the wedding shows and ever glasgow highland dress store,my head was swimming by what seems to be the most complicated proccess of ordering highland dress.I was shocked at how some of the big stores i went into seemed totally dis-interested in even serving us.

Then a friend in work told me about Ward Kilts and couldnt speak highly enough about then.So I gave them a ring and arranged an appointment.

The entire experience was a delight not only did the lady who served us answer all my questions, she advised on colours and appeared to genuinely really care about our "BIG DAY".

six weeks later we collected our outfits and they fitted us to a "T" the quality was exceptional just as promised and the service was well above and beyond what even I expected.

The big stores in town could do with some customer service lessons from these guys.

I dont ever comment normally but I felt on this occassion I have to we had a great day and the photographs looked amazing thankyou Ward kilts a big thimbs up from
