"Bad Review? Really Good Review!!"

I went to Capri Skies because I'd heard it was one of the best stocked bridal salons in Glasgow. When I went in I felt like a princess walking about, strutting my stuff on their big stage with huge mirrors. The girls knew their stuff and knew straight away which dresses would suit me. Like most people, I didn't want to take the first one I had tried on so I tried on a few more - but I ended up going with the first one - it was amazing.

When I got home I stupidly "googled" the shop and read the millions of bad reviews. I have to say that I told the staff I was aware of the reviews and they told me it was an ex member of staff who had been fired was trying to ruin their reputation.

I have now got my dress, at home (to keep me happy) but I have to say, the service I received from all the girls in Capri Skies was amazing. I did have one small issue with them but they rectified it straight away and gave me my veil and tiara as a gesture of good faith - saving me a small fortune!

I kind of feel sorry for them cos they've had all these bad reviews, and you have to question whether they are true given the good experience I received. I'd still be doubtful as to whether I'd recommend them to a friend in case something bad happened to them.

Suppose it did help that I made it clear early on that I was a lawyer and wasn't taking any of their crap!!

But in the end, I got my dream dress and I can't wait to wear it - I wouldn't have it if it hadn't been for Capri Skies!.
