"What happened to your rolls?"

I have been a loyal customer of Mortons Rolls for many years, I moved to an area that does not sell these rolls, on return to my home town, the first thing i done was get myself a supply. But i am disappointed to find that the rolls are not as chewy as before, also they seem a bit empty? And the outside is far too crunchy, which hurts my gums. I was just wondering if anyone knows why this is? Help.
