A review of Southern General Hospital by Mr McGhee written on Thursday 14th of May 2009
I was admitted to the southern general Neurology ward 23 or 63 (think it was 23)
on christmas day 08 suffering from a broken jaw in 2 places, I had to get an emergency operation on boxing day, although there was skeleton staff, the staff did extremely well in taking care of me, I was checked on regularly, kept up-to-date on what was going to happen, treated in the best possible manner, it was one of the most comforting experiences I have ever had in a hospital, from the cleaners down to the nursing staff their manners were out of this world and anytime I needed anything they were quick in getting it for me. I really do think highly of the staff that looked after me and will never forget this experience, if it wasn't for the staff at the southern general, my mouth would have never been the same, they fixed it all up and it looks as if nothing has ever went wrong with it, even though it was out of place when i was admitted, all i'm left with is the smallest scar that you can't even notice
a big VERY WELL done and 10/10 for everything :).
