The staff are extremely rude don't smile or greet you in a friendly manner, the food is basic and overpriced. We were served by a greyish haired guy, think he was the manager or assistant manager. We complained about the customer service(lack of) and were told to either like it or leave. Wont be setting foot in the place ever again. Don't waste your hard earned cash in this place, italian fare my arse. I have been to italy many time and have never experienced anything like Bella napoli. Appalling! .
