A review of Steven Sim & Son by Christina written on Tuesday 19th of May 2009
My experience with steven sim,s services was over two years ago when my brother died. i am only writing this review now as i didn,t realise i was able to until now. as the last review states he makes the experience very personal. came out to my house to discuss the funeral ( usually we would be asked to go to the office of any other funeral service)he offered to come and collect my niece,s to go to his office and pay our respects to their father, and to top it all at the last minute my nieces asked if we could leave from my house on the morning of the funeral, this was not a problem for steven, but on that day there was a bad fall of snow and knowing that he would not get up our hill to the house i called him to cancel and to make other arrangements, but he was insistant that he would be there, but alas we got a phone call to say they were at the bottom of the hill, unable to climb the hill. who else would go to all that trouble. a very very thoughtful man indeed the family really appreciated his care especially my nieces. and to top it all he even delivered my brother gordon,s ashes to my house in a lovely velvet bag.thank you so much steven and you,re staff.. christina lannigan..(big george gordon,s niece.).
