I have used the 2-for-1 menu and other periodic promotions several times and have had no trouble knowing what exactly was on offer from the separate menu on all the tables so I do not undersand your other correpondent's complaint on this point.

However I do agree that sometimes the service is slow and appeears to lack co-ordination between the kitchen and the waiting staff. .
