"Please help!!!"

Can anyone tell me who you think my designer is? All it says on my receipt is style no P.C and a ref number of 6999

I ordered my dress in OCT 07 and was told it would take 10months to make in america. I paid a half the balance with the order and was told i'd have to pay the final balance when the dress arrived in store. It arrived in April last year so i've paid the full amount for my dress and i'm getting married in 9weeks and dont have it.

I'm totally gutted

Dont know where i will be able to get the same dress from.

I'd ordered and paid for my tiara, veil and underskirt as well

If anyone knows anything that might be able to help me please let me know!
