"Appeal to ex staff of Capri Skies"

I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I ordered my dress from Capri Skies last November. Its a beautiful dress, by far my favourite of the ones I've seen.

Now Capri Skies seems to be going out of business (must be a nightmare for the staff, you have my sympathies). I was hoping someone reading this would know the name of the designer of my dress so I can contact them directly. All I have is a "Style No", which is V 8610, stupidly I didn't ask for the name of the designer, but you don't expect something like this to happen, do you?

The dress was very unusual, ivory coloured with black beading on the bodice and all down the train at the back. It also had a white and black flower attached. It came with a wrap which also had black beading. Maybe there's another store that stocks the same dress?

I'm getting married in September and I realise it might already be too late to contact the designer directly, but I have to try something before I give up and look elsewhere.

I love the dress and it seems unfair that I might not get it just because the shop has gone out of business. Please can someone help? I'd really appreciate it..
