So because you have not got the balls to open your shop, means that 50+ women in the glasgow and suronind area have to suffer in not getting the dress of the dreams. you are there to provide a service and you have to face the problems face on.
ok theres alot of people upset, but come on would you not be ? this is meant to be the best day of a womans life and to be having this last min problem is not acceptible.
tobe honest you are maken the problem worse by not opening your shop and dealing with the public in a busniss like manner. this is causing more upset than its worth.
best to switch on and open shop less painfull for the brides and grooms as well as yourselfs
