"Fraud, not civil?"

I have been hired by a customer who has lost thousands of pounds, to investigate whether a fraud has been committed here. The Police insist this is a civil matter.

Please e mail me if you have been let down and lost money as it is only with a series of instances and statements that we can ensure justice is done.The more the merrier, so don't leave it to someone else.
