If it's a civil case and the owners just don't bother doing anything, then this must mean the only only choice we have is to take them to court. I can't contact my insurance company until the owners admit they've gone bust and receivers have been put in place. My wedding is not for another 11 months but I don't know if i should be buying my dress elsewhere. I'm fortunate I have time on my side, but for those of you due to be mariied in the next few months, they should do the right thing and tell everyone what their next plan is - open or stay closed..
