"Ridiculous!!"

I am one of the affectd brides to be but have luckily located my dress to the supplier in Australia and it will be here in time for my wedding.

I just have to say how absolutely ridiculous that people from other companies eg Michael Burns, Panache and Venus Reps (to name a few) have had to step in to organise this whole mess. It has nothing to do with them but they are obviously compassionate people from the bridal industry who just want to help. Unlike the owners who seem to be childishly hiding away getting others to sort out this mess when they should be acting like mature adults. There's no good way to go out of business but there is surely a right way ie contacting customers involved and having clear steps for people to follow and contact numbers to help sort things out so that panic doesn't happen.

It has been a rollercoaster week for us all but my faith in humanity has been restored by all the kind offers from all the different companies who are doing their best to help us. I just wish I'd gone to them in the first place when ordering my dress. (At least Special Days are making my cake!).

The people giving their own time and effort to sort out this mess deserve a medal!.
