"FLU148CR PARIS SHOES - TRYING TO TRACE DESIGNER"

I bought my shoes from Capri Skies and could kick myself that I left them in that shop. Main reason was so I didn't have to go back and forth with them for my dress fitting. Now I have no shoes and no dress. (I don't hold out any hope of getting my shoes back as I've since heard that some accessories were apparantly taken from the shop by ex-staff members last week).

The code on my invoice states FLU148CR PARIS. Does anyone know the designer of these shoes so that I can try and source another pair?.
