Hi Hope

Sounds like im in the same position as you as im sure many others are. My dress supplier/designer told me that they have it and i can purchase it through another bridal shop (that's what i have done). But after asking outright if they still had it due to non-payment by Capri Skies they said they were not allowed to give me that information.

I have gone ahead and ordered the dress again anyway only paying a £50 deposit this time until i have my hands on it! Don't have time to wait about and see what might happen next - everyone is so vague! Sent away a letter this morning to Disputes at my bank to try and claim back asap from Credit Card but who knows how long it will take!
