"Will wedding insurance cover loss???"

I got my dress back but I had paid £175 for alterations, £135 for a veil, £58 for shoes...all of which I never received. I know Panache has a box of accessories to sort out but although it was all ordered ages ago, none of my accessories were in store despite it being 3wks to my wedding!!

My wedding ins states they will reimburse up to £4000 if wedding attire purchased is not received by the wedding date...think this applies? How can we prove we never received items?.
