"Visiting from America"

I have to say that I was really disappointed with the nightlife in Glasgow. Some friends as I tried to get into this club (Delmonicas), but were turned away because their excuse was, "We are only letting in locals tonight". The reason for this was because there was a football game earlier that day between the huge rivals the celtics and rangers. I tried to explain to them that we were visiting from San Francisco and we just wanted to enjoy our last night in Glasgow. The door person wasn't even interested in what I had to say. Needless to say we didn't get in. I never felt so unwelcome in a city like i did that night. I probably will not ever visit again and will tell my friends of my horrible experience in your city and make sure they travel somewhere other than Glasgow.

Something like this would never happen in my city!!!!.
