The fact ex managers and ex staff can quote brides ref numbers etc for orders worries me.

I don't believe they remember everything off the top of their head. Seems to me the ex manager may be sitting with the files, therefore knows more than we think. Also makes me wonder if they can be trusted?They are playing the sympathy card but may be the main cause of the problem..
