I've been wondering that too. I've been asking in this forum who the manager was or if there was more than one and no one will say. One ex staff member said no one wanted the job(this might have been on another forum). Surely the store only had one manager and they were paid a managers wage? They also claim they haven't been in touch for weeks with the owners so they must have been making all the decisions then and the ordering.

If I was in that position and knew the bills and staff weren't being paid NO WAY would I have taken new orders from people and their money. I would have at least tried to contact brides properly before closing the shop. I would have then sought legal advice about my unpaid wages and then told the press how it really was.

I can't think about reordering my dress until this all comes out in the wash. I don't know who i can trust..
