When and how do we find out whether Capri Skies has gone into administration?

Many brides are having to pay out money for a second time to secure the wedding dress and accessories they had actually ordered from Capri Skies.

Wedding insurance (for those of us who didn't pay by Visa) will only cover the cost of the wedding attire if Capri Skies has actually went into financial failure.

I just want to know what is happening. Why are Capri Skies keeping silent and letting everyone else mop up their mess?.
