A review of Capri Skies by A Bridal Store written on Sunday 7th of June 2009

I know this is a very stressful time for everyone concerned but if you decide to buy another dress or manage to locate your dress can you please keep the stores that you have been in contact with up to date. We honestly don't mind if you are not coming to visit us if you have bought your dress from elsewhere just so long as you have your dress in time for your wedding. We wouldn't be offering discounts etc if we were in it for the money.

We took 12 appointments on Saturday for distraught brides caught up with the CS problems & only 2 grateful brides turned up. We took extra staff on & even postponed some of our own brides to free up time for especially you. For the brides not to turn up after everything than some stores have done is just a slap in the face to these stores who have bent over backward to accomodate you when it isn't even their problem. Next time a bridal shop closes & leaves brides without dresses i am sure this experience will put off many stores from helping as much as we have this time.

ALL WE ASK IS TO LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE NOT KEEPING YOUR APPOINTMENT, NOTHING ELSE.

On the bright side with all the free time we had our shop is now absolutely sparkling as all the extra staff did was clean & polish for the entire day!..
