I am in complete agreement with you on this one we all need answers and the more of us who stick together then hopefully the luckier we will be in obtaining those answers. I myself have had to pay for my dress twice as it was still in an Australian warehouse and I get married in 3 weeks. I also paid full balance by debit card so no chance of a refund from the bank.
