"WHAT HAPPENS NOW?"

I was advised by Consumer Direct to send a recorded delivery letter to the shop and the Cameron's asking for a refund. What do I do now if they're in Florida and unable to sign for the letter? This mess just gets worse as they're now blaming the management of the shop. I thought this would happen. It's not right that death threats have been made, but I don't think for a minute that these were genuine threats; just people voicing their anger.

The longer this drags on the more fed up I'm becoming trying to organise my wedding. The only saving grace is that I will marry the love of my life despite what happens, even if it means getting married in a bin bag!.
