I also have wedding insurance and have been told by the company that we need some written proof from capri skies that they have went bust/bankrupt. this will take a few months but iv been assured that i will get my money back for my dress when this happens, i just hope it doesnt drag on and takes ages. I understand that it takes time but there are hundreds of us in this position and not everyone has the money to pay for their dream dress twice.
