"Capri Skies NOT in Administration"

I have spoken to an expert in the business sector and they have confirmed that Capri Skies cannot go into administration because they are a sole trader. Even though I was told by the owner last week that we would be getting letters from the administrators, which obviously cannot happen.

I really don't know what is happening now. I have sent an email to the owner but have not heard back yet. If I don't get a response by tomorrow I will start calling..
